The difference between coaxial vision, pseudo-coaxial vision and paraxial vision

When using laser equipment, due to the particularity of some products, we must use vision modules to complete welding or marking. The commonly used ones are coaxial vision, pseudo-coaxial vision and paraxial vision. Let’s focus on these below. The difference between several visual structures:
1. Coaxial vision
Coaxial vision, as the name suggests, means that the camera is installed on the laser optical path, and the laser and the camera are concentric through reflection through the lens. Then the input is input from the laser scanning head, and then the specific working position is analyzed through the swing of the lens. The specific results are shown in the figure above. Coaxial vision generally has very high requirements on software and hardware, and the positioning accuracy is also very high.
2. Pseudo coaxial
Pseudo-coaxial means that after the laser is output through the scanning head, it is then reflected by the lens and coupled to the camera. After taking the photo, the image information is converted into coordinates according to the algorithm, so as to complete the accurate work of the laser. Compared with coaxial positioning, pseudo-coaxial positioning has a large field of view, is easy to install, and is widely used in practical applications.
3. Paraxial vision
Range-axis vision means installing the camera next to the galvanometer, then calculating the offset, and then correcting it through software to realize the visual function.
