Working principle and characteristics

The working principle of the semiconductor laser: through the excitation of the LED laser diode, between the energy bands of the semiconductor material, or between the energy bands of the semiconductor material and the impurity levels, the particle inversion number of the non-equilibrium carrier is achieved, and when a large number of electrons and holes in the particle number inversion state are combined, the stimulated emission effect is generated.
