Methods: The laser welding head was fixed at a fixed position, and the workpiece was rotated around a fixed axis to achieve girth welding. The welding process was protected by high purity Ar gas paraxial.
◆In view of the problem that the blowing force of the protective gas is too large and the blowing area is too small, which leads to the instability of the weld pool and the protection range of the weld is too narrow, the protection gas pipe with a larger inner diameter (diameter 9mm) is used instead, as shown in the following figure. The gas pipe can reduce the interference of gas to the forming of the molten pool on the premise of forming a large protection range.
◆In order to meet the requirements of uniform and beautiful weld surface forming and melting width of more than 2mm, slow speed and defocusing welding is adopted. In addition, the upslope adjustment time of 100ms and downslope adjustment time of 300ms are adopted in the welding process to reduce the arc crater formed at the arc closure.
